- Select values in the Data and Refresh Date picklists.
- Fill the optional filters if desired-- User, Data Item, County, Route Type, and Route Number.
- Click the "Filter" button to fill the table.
- View the changes history in the table or click the "Open as PDF" or "Open in Excel" button to view the changes history in another format.
Clear Historical Data
The Clear Historical Data pop-up allows the user to delete all historical data edits or to delete historical data within a specific date range. If the user selects "All," all historical data edits will be deleted. If the user selects "Date Range," a Begin Date and an End Date must be specified. The textboxes next to the "To" and "From" Date Range categories can be utilized to enter the necessary dates. Alternatively, the calendar select buttons can be used to select the "To" and "From" dates. After the desired options have been entered, the Delete button can be used to delete the data. The Cancel button can be used to exit out of the interface without deleting any data.
NOTE: When selecting a date range, it is important to note that the From Date is inclusive while the To Date is exclusive. For example, if the user has selected 10/01/2018 as the From Date and 10/31/2018 as the To Date, all log entries from 10/01/2018 to 10/30/2018 will be deleted. Any log entries recorded on 10/31/2018 will not be deleted.
