This is a tool located in the Reports section of the Reports tab.
Function
The Standard Reports interface () provides a list of preconfigured reports that the user can open in PDF or Excel format.
Controls
This interface is primarily composed of five controls:

Data Dropdown | Select the Inventory Data set to use when generating reports on the interface. |
Select the Report List | Select the specific report type the user wants to run. |
Date Textbox/Calendar Select | Specify the date to filter the report. |
Open as PDF Button |
Open the report in a pop-up PDF format. |
Open in Excel Button |
Download the report in an Excel format. |
Generate the Report
In order to generate a standard report, the user can follow these steps:
- Select a report type from the given list.
- Fill the Date filter manually (textbox) or through calendar selection if desired.
- This is an optional step.
- If a date is not specified in this field, the report will automatically be generated based on the current date.
- Fill the other required filters.
- The Interchange Report requires one of the radio buttons and their associated fields to be filled.
- The Notes Report (.NET) requires the County, Route Type, Route Number, and Route Auxiliary fields to be filled.
- The Photolog Completeness Report requires the Year field to be filled.
- The Roundabout Listing Report requires one of the radio buttons and their associated fields to be filled.
- Select either the Open as PDF or Open in Excel button to generate the chosen report.
