This is a tool that is located under the Reports dropdown on the Main Menu.
Function
The Additions Report list () provides options to create an Additions Report by Addition Number, Route, or County/Date.
Generate a Report
As mentioned above, the Additions reporting feature can be instigated through the three radio buttons: Addition Number, Route, or County/Date.

There are two ways to generate an Additions report using this radio button:

Once the "Report" button is selected, the Additions report will appear in a pop-up.
There are four controls on this pop-up:
Control | Description |
Current Additions Page | This checkbox allows the user to select to output only the currently displayed Additions page in PDF format; works in conjunction with the "Open as PDF" link. |
Open as PDF | This link opens the Addition record(s) in PDF format. If the Current Additions Page checkbox is selected, the PDF will only include data from the currently displayed page. |
Previous | This button toggles the user to the previous report page. |
Next | This button toggles the user to the next report page. |
