Additions Report

This is a tool that is located under the Reports dropdown on the Main Menu.

Function

The Additions Report list () provides options to create an Additions Report by Addition Number, Route, or County/Date.

As mentioned above, the Additions reporting feature can be instigated through the three radio buttons: Addition Number, Route, or County/Date.

Radio Button	Required Fields	Steps to Generate Report
Additions Number	County, Add #	Select a County. Enter an Additions Number. Select an Action (optional). Click the "Report" button.
Route	County, Route Type, Route Nbr.	There are two ways to generate an Additions report using this radio button: Select a County. Select a Route Type. Select a Route Number. Click the "Report" button. OR Click the "Select Route from Map" link. Zoom in to the desired area on the Map Frame. Click on a location. Select a route in the map pop-up if multiple routes exist in the selected location. Click the "Report" button.
County and/or Date	County OR From/To	There are three ways to generate an Additions report using this radio button: Select a County. Click the "Report" button. OR Select a From Date. Select a To Date. Click the "Report" button. OR Select a County. Select a From Date. Select a To Date. Click the "Report" button.

Once the "Report" button is selected, the Additions report will appear in a pop-up.

There are four controls on this pop-up:

Control	Description
Current Additions Page	This checkbox allows the user to select to output only the currently displayed Additions page in PDF format; works in conjunction with the "Open as PDF" link.
Open as PDF	This link opens the Addition record(s) in PDF format. If the Current Additions Page checkbox is selected, the PDF will only include data from the currently displayed page.
Previous	This button toggles the user to the previous report page.
Next	This button toggles the user to the next report page.
