This is a tool that is located under the Reports dropdown on the Main Menu.

Function

The Road Inventory Report () allows the user to view the Road Inventory for a specific route. This report will be generated in a pop-up that has clear tabs of data, namely Route Systems, Roadway Description, Route Feature, Intersections, Boundaries, Curve Data, Ramps, RI Additions, Bike/Ped, and Proposed Bike/Ped.

Generate a Report

To generate a Road Inventory report, the County, Route Type, Route Number, and Route Aux fields must be filled either manually through the picklists or actively through the "Select Route from Map" link. The From and To Milepoint fields are optional here. To actively select a route, the user can click the "Select Route from Map" link, then a location on the map. If multiple routes exist near the selected location, the user can select a route link in the resulting map pop-up. Then, the four required fields will be filled with the related information on the Road Inventory box. Once the required fields have values, the user can click the "Report" button to generate the report in a pop-up. In the pop-up, the user can click through the tabs to view related information. For example, the "Roadway Description" tab has detailed information about lanes.
