This is a tool that is located under the Reports dropdown on the Main Menu.
Function
The Dedicated Roads Report () provides options to create a Dedicated Roads Report for a specific Dedication Type(s), Output Type(s), and Route (optional).
Generate a Report
To generate the Dedicated Roads Report, the user can follow these steps:
- Select a Dedication Type checkbox; multiple can be selected if desired.

Select an Output Type checkbox; multiple can be selected if desired.
- If the "Report" checkbox is selected, the user must specify the Report type by selecting a radio button option (Summary, Detail, or Tally).
- If the "Map" checkbox is selected, the user can alter the line and point colors before mapping the results through the "Map Options" link. The resulting pop-up also allows users to toggle query stacking on and off.

Specify a Route using the picklists/textboxes or the "Select Route from Map" link (optional).
- To specify a route through the available picklists/textboxes, the user can utilize the District, County, Route, Route Aux, From MP, To MP, and Dedication Name fields. One or multiple fields can be filled to specify the report.
- To specify a route through the "Select Route from Map" link, the user can click this link, then click on a location on the map. If multiple routes exist near the selected location, the user can select a route link in the resulting map pop-up. Then, the fields with related information will be filled on the Dedicated Roads box.
- Select the "Report" button to generate the report and/or map the results.
Once the "Report" button is selected, the chosen output type will be generated. If a Report type was selected, it will be displayed in a pop-up, as shown below.
There are some controls available in a Dedicated Roads Report pop-up:

| Photolog | Summary, Detail | This link opens the Photolog Viewer for the route in a pop-up. |

| Export to Excel | Summary, Detail, Tally | This link opens the report's data in Excel format. |
If the Map output type was selected, the application's map will display lines and points in the colors selected. The report must be exited in order to view this visual data (if a Report output type was selected). As the user hovers over the map, they can view the LRS, Segment, Milepoint, and Dedicated Name for the points in map pop-ups.
