This is a tool that is located on the Summary Files section of the Submittals tab.
Function
The Non-Federal Aid interface () allows the user to import, edit, and export non-federal aid summary data.
Controls
This interface hosts the Data Table dropdown control, alongside these controls:
| Control | Used To... |
| Year Dropdown | Select the year to use when viewing the interface. |
| Growth Rate % Textbox | Specify the growth rate percent to be applied to the non-federal aid summary data. |
| Apply Growth Button | Apply the specified growth rate to the non-federal aid summary data. |
| Recalculate Button | Calculate the summary data using data from the HPMS overlay rather than a text file; rows selected for Override will not be recalculated. |
| Summarized AADTs Textboxes | Edit the Rural Local AADT, Rural Minor Collector AADT, or Small Urban Local AADT values by clicking into the corresponding textboxes. |
| Import File (Choose File) Button | Import non-federal aid summary data from a selected file. |
| File Type Dropdown | Determine the file type for the pipe delimited file. |
| Export to Pipe Delimited File Link | Export the non-federal aid summary data to a pipe delimited file. |
| Save Changes Button | Save changes applied to the non-federal aid summary data. |
| Discard Changes Button | Discard changes applied to the non-federal aid summary data. |
