This is a tool that is located on the Utilities section of the System Administration tab.
Function
The Export Data interface () provides a menu and parameters to extract data from the HPMS Overlay table and convert them into a variety of formats for use in other applications.
Controls
This interface hosts the Data Table dropdown control, alongside these controls:
| Control | Used To... |
| Precision Textbox | Specify the decimal precision that will be used to export measure data. |
| File Type Dropdown | Specify the output file format as either Pipe Delimited or Comma Delimited (CSV). |
| Exclude Nulls Checkbox | Specify whether records with NULL values for the specified data item will be included in the output file. |
| Create Individual Files Radio Button | Create individual export files for each selected HPMS Data Item. |
| Create One File Radio Button | Create one export file containing the data for all selected HPMS Data Items. |
| Data Items Checkboxes | Select individual files or groups of files for export; the Select All button can also be used. |
| Export Data Button | Export files based on the selected criteria. |
