This tool is located on the View section of the Bridge tab.
Function
The Bridge Data View interface () is used to display the bridge data for viewing purposes only. This interface's display will be identical to the Bridge Data Maintenance interface. The Bridge Data View interface allows users to view the bridge data without worrying about unintentional editing.
Controls
There are two controls on this interface that allow the user to view the bridge data in another format:

Photolog Viewer Link | Open the Photolog Viewer to display the photolog image closest to the current bridge on route mile point. |
Pavement Viewer Link | Open the Pavement Viewer to display the pavement image and data closest to the current bridge on route mile point. |
There are also some arrow controls offered on the Inventory, Roads, Design, Clearances, Inspection, Loading, and Maintenance tabs which help the user navigate through bridge entries.

Query Fields
The Query Fields here mirror those on the Query Tab on the Bridge Data Maintenance interface. The user is able to query for one or more bridges by Asset ID, Structure Number, Location, Facility Carried, or Crossing Name. Each of these query options have their own radio buttons and associated fields.

Location Radio Button | - | Query for bridges based on the entered location information; return all bridges based on the bridge On Route and Under Route locations and return bridges where the query route is subordinate. |
District Dropdown | Location | Query for a bridge based on district by selecting from a list of districts in the state. |
County Dropdown | Location | Query for a bridge based on county by selecting from a list of districts in the state. |
Route Type Dropdown | Location | Choose the route type from a list of all route types in the selected District/County. |

Auxiliary Dropdown | Location | Choose the route auxiliary from a list of all route auxiliaries for routes in the selected District/County with the selected Route Type and Route Number. |
To/From Milepoint Textbox | Location | Specify a mile point range on the specified route for bridge locations to be returned. |
Include Culverts Checkbox | Location | Include culverts along the query location; checked by default. |
Include Under Routes Checkbox | Location | Compare the location criteria fields against both On Route and Under Route locations when executing a search query; if unchecked, the comparison will only be against On Route locations. |
Facility Carried Radio Button | - | Query for bridges based on the facility carried on the bridge. |
Facility Carried Textbox | Facility Carried | Enter a value to perform a wildcard search that returns all bridges whose Facility value contains the specified text. |

Workflow
To use the Bridge Data View interface, the user must follow these steps:
- Query for a bridge by filling out the desired Query Fields and clicking "Find" in the Query tab.
- Click on a bridge row in the Query Results table.
- View the bridge data in the Inventory, Roads, Design, Clearances, Inspection, Loading, and Maintenance tabs.
The bridge row selection can be changed in the Inventory, Roads, Design, Clearances, Inspection, Loading, and Maintenance tabs by using the arrow controls.
