The Management section of the Edit tab provides tools to view the history of changes made to a data table or to the source data.
The following interfaces provide this functionality:

Edit Log
The Edit Log interface () provides a viewable history of changes made to each HPMS Data table. This can be accomplished by following these steps:
- Select the desired data table ("Data" picklist) and a refresh date ("Refresh Date" picklist).
- Fill the User, Data Item, County, Route Type, and Route Number filters if desired (optional).
- Click the "Filter" button to apply the chosen options and fill the table.
- View the results on the table or in a different format. To view the results on the table, the user can navigate the records using the "Retrieve Next 20,000 Records" and "Retrieve Previous 20,000 Records" links. To view the results in a different format, the user can utilize the "Open as PDF" or the "Open in Excel" button.
Save Data to Source
The Save Data to Source interface () provides the option to save data edits stored in the HPMS Manager back to the source data from which the HPMS overlay originates. This can be accomplished by following these steps:
- Select the desired data table in the Data picklist.
- Fill the User, Data Item, County, Route Type, Route Number, Show Import Edits, and Only show edits user can save to source filters if desired (optional).
- Click the "Filter" button to apply the chosen options and fill the table.
- Select the desired rows by clicking the checkbox in the first column or select all rows by clicking the checkbox in the table header.
- After selecting the desired rows, click the "Save Data to Source" button at the base of the interface.
