This is a tool that is located on the Management section of the Edit tab.
Function
The Save Data to Source interface () provides the option to save data edits stored in the HPMS Manager back to the source data from which the data table originates.
Controls
This interface hosts the Data Table dropdown control, alongside these controls:
Control | Used To... |
User Dropdown | Select a user when filtering the results. |
Data Item Dropdown | Select a data item when filtering the results. |
County Dropdown | Select a county when filtering the results. |
Route Type Dropdown | Select a route type when filtering the results. |
Route Number Dropdown | Select a relevant number to specify the route type; will be blank until a route type is selected. |
Show Import Edits Checkbox | Give the option to show edits created during the populate/refresh process. |
Only Show Edits User Can Save To Source Checkbox | Filter out edits that cannot be saved to source. |
Filter Button | Filter the results based on the selected filter items. |
Table Checkboxes | Select data edit rows to save to source. |
Navigation Dropdown | Show the number of records that can be displayed in the data table without requiring pagination. |
Retrieve Previous 20,000 Records/Retrieve Next 20,000 Records Link | View the edits in batches of 20,000 records if more than 20,000 records exist. |
Save Data to Source Button | Save the selected edits back to the source data. |
Open as PDF Button | Open a copy of the table in a PDF format. |
Open in Excel Button | Open a copy of the table in an Excel format or save a copy of the table in a local Excel file. |
