HPMS or Standard Reports

This is a tool that is located on the Reports section of the Reports tab.

Function

The HPMS, or Standard Reports, interface () provides a list of preconfigured reports that the user can open in either a PDF or Excel format.

The Standard Reports interface consists of 4 sections:

HPMS Data Dropdown -- Specifies the Data table to be used when generating standard reports.
Report Selection Control -- Shows several available preconfigured reports that can be selected.
Filter Controls -- Allows the user to select from three filter categories (County, Route Type, and Number of Lanes) to return a more defined result set when running a Standard Report.
Output Controls -- Gives the option to view the report in a PDF or Excel format.

This interface hosts the Data Table dropdown control, alongside these controls:

Control	Used To...
Preconfigured Reports List	Select from the available preconfigured reports.
Filter Controls	Choose more specific parameters (County, Route Type, and Number of Lanes) for the report result set.
Open as PDF	Open the report in a PDF format.
Open in Excel	Open the report in Excel or save the results locally in Excel format.
