This is a tool that is located on the Status section of the Reports tab.

Function

The HPMS Report Status interface () allows the user to track and update the progress of the HPMS Submittal process.

Controls

There are some general controls offered in this interface.

Visual	Name	Used To...
	Completion Status Dropdown	Select the intended Data Table.
	Progress Bar	Show the percentage of complete items as they are marked by the checkboxes in this interface.
	Checkboxes	Mark an HPMS Report Status item as complete.
	Section File Submittal Status Link	Show the number of complete items and open the Section File Submittal Status interface.
	Save Changes Button	Save changes made to the interface.
	Discard Changes Button	Discard changes made to the interface.

Sections

The HPMS Report Status interface contains three major sections:

1. Section Validations -- Used to view the progress of the Route Import, Event Import, Coverage Validations, and Cross Check Validations. This section displays the number of invalidations found, along with the latest date each validation was performed.
2. Sample Validations -- Used to view the progress of the Sample Validations. This section displays the number of invalidations found, along with the latest date each validation was performed.
3. Submittal Files -- Used to view the progress of the various files required for HPMS Submittals. This section contains a link to open the Section File Submittal Status interface, along with a last created date for the listed items.

Section File Submittal Status Interface

The user can click on the Section File Submittal Status link () to open the Section File Submittal Status interface. This interface is used to track which section files have been created through the Road Segments interface and when the section file for an HPMS Data Item was last created.
