This tool is located on the System Administration section of the Rail tab.
Function
The Owner interface () is used to view, edit, and add owners to the interface.
Layout
The Owners interface is composed of an owner table, owner fields, and some unique button controls.
Owner Table
The owner table contains all the current owners. Each owner will be listed with their owner area, last name, first name, and owner type. The user can search for a specific owner through the search box located beside the "Owner Area" column name, or they can simply scroll through the entries on the table. There are two actions the user can take here: select an owner or delete an owner. The user can select an owner by clicking on a table row; as shown in the picture above, a row will be highlighted when selected. A selection will then populate the owner fields. If a user wishes to delete an owner, they can click the checkboxes for the desired entry rows, then click the "Delete Selected" link.
Owner Fields
Once a table row is selected, the owner fields will be populated with extended data on the chosen owner. This section has eleven fields; each of these fields are described in the table below.

| Salutation | Choose a salutation: Mr., Mrs., Ms., or Councilman. |
| First Name | Type the owner's first name. |
| Last Name | Type the owner's last name. |
| Title | Type the owner's job title. |
| Entity | Type the owner's entity. |
| Owner | Choose an owner type (Railroad, State, County, City, State Forestry, National Forestry, or Town). |
| Owner Area | Choose an owner area; the selection here will fill the first column of the table. |
| Address | Type the owner's address (street number and name). |
| City | Type the owner's city. |
| State | Type the owner's state. |
| Zip Code | Type the owner's zip code. |
Controls
There are four controls offered in the Owners interface.
| Control | Used To... |
| Filter Owners Dropdown | Filter the table information to only show a certain owner type (Railroad, State, County, City, State Forestry, National Forestry, or Town). |
| Add New Owner Button | Clear the current owner fields to create a new owner. |
| Save Changes Button | Save the changes made to the interface. |
| Discard Changes Button | Discard the changes made to the interface. |
