This is a link located on the Route Modification interface.
Function
The Route Mod Log link is used to select a date range to show a listing of related Route Mod Log entries. When this button is selected, a pop-up will appear with two fields: From Date and To Date.
Date Range
The two date fields-- From Date and To Date-- are both optional. This means that the user can select a value for one field, both fields, or no fields depending on their needs. The fields follow this logic:
- If no value is specified for either field (From/To), then all route mod logs will be returned.
- If only a From Date is specified, then all route mod logs with a date greater than or equal to the entered From Date will be returned.
- If only a To Date is specified, then all route mod logs with a date less than or equal to the entered To Date will be returned.
The "OK" button returns the related route mod log entries in a pop-up window.
Route Mod Logs
The Route Mod Log pop-up consists of a table of results, export links, "Purge" button, Operation key, and "Close" button. Each of these items are described in the table and shown in the image below.
Item | Description |
Table | The table lists the related route mod log entries. The scrollbar at the base of the table can be used to view more columns of information. |
Export Links | The "Export to Excel" and "Export to CSV" links in the bottom right corner of the interface can be used to export the shown Route Mod Log entries to either a XLSX or CSV format file. In both cases, the data exported will include all shown columns along with the addition of Route LRS and To Route LRS columns before the associated County fields. |
Purge Button |
The Purge button allows a user to remove all shown route mod log entries from the database. This button is only available for users with the "Route Mod Logs Purge" permission. |
Operation Key | This table in the bottom left corner of the interface explains what the abbreviations in the "Operation" column on the main table mean. |
Close Button | This button closes the pop-up. |
